Charles is a very clear and thorough communicator. He has a great understanding of Flash and can apply it readily to real world examples...[He] added in customized training materials which helped us work through a Flash production issue that we are addressing right now. The class had DIRECT and IMMEDIATE impact on our ability to create production files for a client. Very pleasant and calm environment and good ergonomics enabled us to focus well.

I met Jeff Shaffer at a Linked-In advertised Photoshop Lightroom workshop. I shot film for so many years that I was really reluctant to go hard-core with my digital work-flow, using free software programs and stumbling through the editing process.
